Our aim is to provide the best show possible and value for money.

Please check first if you intend to bring an under 18 to any of our gigs. We cannot offer preferential viewing positions for young people.

Please also note that children from the age of 12 may be allowed at certain gigs, but please ask. If children are allowed they must be supervised at all times. Remember, this is an adult audience and the consumption of alcohol is clearly evident.

The Cluny no longer allows anyone under the age of 18 years.

We do not give refunds unless the show is cancelled.

Cannygigs is not able to guarantee the duration of any performance which is at the discretion of the band or artist.

Similarly we cannot guarantee the content of any show as this is also at the discretion of the artist or band.

The actual content of a show may very or change from our description although we do our best to advertise and describe the show accurately.

It is always intended to promote the highest quality, but it is often not possible to "please all of the people, all of the time."

Seats are not offered as part of the purchase price of a ticket unless described as such. Most CannyGigs shows are standing only.

Disabled and those with special needs should contact CannyGigs in advance of the show to make  arrangements for your requirements.

CannyGigs and the venue reserve the right to refuse you admission even though you are a ticket holder.

All events are non-smoking

Canny gigs does not guarantee sight lines.

Times will often vary from those published, please check on the day of the show.
