Order Notes & FAQ's We try to keep the order form as simple as possible, but we must ensure that we have the correct information to reserve your tickets. Here are some notes to explain how the form works. Your Phone Number ~ we need a genuine day time telephone number to contact you. This can be for queries about your card, or changes in the show such as timings and cancellations. This number is not given to any third party and not used for any other purpose than the one stated. E-mail Address ~ please take care to give your correct e-mail address, or we will not be able to confirm your booking. Double check that the 'dots' and @ sign is in the right place. Select A Show ~ just pick a show from the list. Dialogue Box ~ use this box for any special instructions you may have for your tickets. Second Show ~ please use these boxes if you would like to book a second show. Paying By Cheque ~ please make your cheque payable to NPE and don't forget to include a note with your name, address and the show you have booked. Credit/Debit Card Booking Charge ~ this is FREE of transaction costs. Credit Card Number ~ Your card number is usually 16 digits which should be typed in the boxes box in blocks of four. e.g. 1234 4321 5678 9876.
For those using Switch or other cards where the
number is longer than 16 digits, type the extra numbers in the 5th box. Card Address - You must provide the address where your card is registered. Security Codes - This is the last three digits of the number located on the back of your card in the signature panel. The complete number varies in length according to which card you have, but is usually printed on the strip of paper where you sign your name. See picture. For those using American Express this is a 4 digit number.
AMEX cards have the 4 digit security code on the right as shown here. Refunds - we do not give refunds unless the gig is cancelled. I Accept Button ~ located at the bottom of the page, (you can print the page before clicking 'I Accept' if you want a copy). When clicked, the order will be sent to CannyGigs.Com via a secure link and you will see a "Confirmation Page" which is a list of the information that you have placed on the form.
If you do not get this confirmation screen, the order has not been sent from your PC. Please only click "I Accept" once, depending on the speed of your modem and phone lines, the response may take up to a minute. If the form comes back with an error, it may be that you have not completed one of the answer boxes. The message will tell you which box it is, just go back and complete the details and click the 'submit' button again. Usually within 12 hours of placing the order, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have your order, but please allow 24 hours. If there is no confirmation after this time, please contact the webmaster cannygigs@btinternet.com FAQ's What if I do not get an on-screen confirmation within a minute of clicking submit? The order has not been sent from your PC. Try again, but it may be worthwhile deleting your Temporary Internet Files to flush the error from the PC's buffer. What happens if I do not get an e-mail to confirm the order? We usually send you an e-mail within 12 hours, but allow 24 hours. If you do not get a reply after this time, please e-mail us at cannygigs@btinternet.com Note that orders sometimes do not get through due to various communications problems in the transmission chain. What happens to my personal details such as credit card, phone numbers and e-mail address? We do not supply any of these details to anyone, but we may send you information about new shows. We do not retain credit or debit card numbers so you must give them each time you order. How do I Book for Disabled Persons Please contact 07760 400 226 with your query. What appears on my credit card or bank statement? We process all transactions as NPE Hexham What about credit card fraud? This is a secure web site, but if you see a charge on your credit card statement for a product or service that you have not ordered, contact your credit card company immediately. In simple terms, if you did not order it, you should not pay for it. Can I get a refund if I cancel my ticket? No. Like many other concert operators we have a "no refund policy" on purchased tickets. If CannyGigs.Com cancels a show for any reason, a full refund will be issued. Are under 18's allowed into gigs? This is at the discretion of the venue, but it is usually ok - however please call us to confirm on 07760 400 228. Note that under 18's must be accompanied by a responsible adult and cannot consume alcohol under any circumstances. Do shows always start on time? We try our best to be on time, but technical problems can happen to cause a slight delay. How long does a show last? This varies from artist to artist. We do not offer any guarantees on the length of a show, but if you are concerned, please call. Are seats guaranteed? Unless we are using seated venues such as a theatre, seats are not guaranteed. Please check the venues for details. |
